We seek:
— Trucking companies in U.S. manufacturing and distribution hubs, as well as international gateway cities.
— $2 million to $10 million in revenue with consistent profitability
— Preference for businesses with owned trucking assets, as well as physical warehouse locations
— Customs brokerage capabilities desirable, especially in cross-border or near-border locations
— Open to partner / turnkey / managed operations, as well as outright acquistions
